FINALLY!
The teachers had let us know that they might not be able to have much (if any) contact, via email, with us but promised to send a quick something if they could.
I didn't expect to hear from them but I hoped we might...
and tonight we did!
They said the kids are all doing great and are having a wonderful time!
Here is part of the note we received tonight:
"Today we went to an organic two acre farm and the students learned all kinds of things with plants (they even learned some math). The farm is amazing--we had a delicious lunch there as well. Some students were even brave enough to try a hot pepper right out of the garden...it was hot!!!
I've attached a picture of the kitchen at the farm--they can feed 40 people every day--Tilapia, pigs, cows, chickens, and a beautiful garden. Everything is so fresh."
Doesn't that look great?! (I think I could really have some fun right there!)
I know you are anxious (as I was) to see Meg in a photo, I was so excited to see that they did send a photo with the kids (Meg!).
I couldn't hardly contain myself while I waited for these photos to load!
Meg is on the far left, front row, orange helmet. Cute girl!!
And the next photo is also very cute! A baby sea turtle! (And that colorful beach! Wow!)
I certainly cannot wait for Sunday to come and for time with her to hear ALL about it!
Great pictures. So glad you finally heard some news. I, too, cannot wait to hear all about her adventure. Maybe we'll have to have her do a presentation for us.

Megan looks so happy (as she always does). I looked at all of them and they look like they are having a great time and are very happy. I'm so glad Megan can have such a great experience.
