Emily! Good for you for standing up for what you believe in! It can be tough sometimes, but it is always worth doing what you know is right!

And, for the record, boys are always weird. Always. At least, I think so.... they do some pretty odd stuff sometimes....

I have some homework thtat I need to get working on, so I have to go. Good luck, Emily! I love you!

Dear Emi:

You're the cutest, greatest, most sensible grandaughter. I love and respect you.

Marilyn:

I laughed myself silly. Yes, my son is like all the other men I know - especially husband and sons. There is nothing in the whole wide world like Fathers and daughters. It is fabulous.

Love you all
Joan

Jonathan

I am ready to move our family far far away from 13 and 14 year old boys!!

Love you Emi!

Dad

Kim

What is it with dads and their daughters?? Rob's voice and demeaner changes when he talks with and interacts with my Emilee! It is quite funny actually. Emily, I am very proud of you for standing up for your values and beliefs. Boys are weird and goofy and later, much later, when the time is right you'll find one of them to actually like. But for now, you are smart to stay away from them!! Good job!!

Shelley

The boys at school may be acting wierd, but you have to give them one credit...

THEY HAVE EXCELLENT TASTE IN GIRLS!

As darling as you are, Emily, you may get a lot of practice in telling the boys about your dating standards. Good luck with that! Sounds like you'll do just fine...

(And, as a little side comment for Megan, what a sweet little voice! I loved hearing you sing your song in the program practice during primary. You did a great job. Both of you Lloyd girls are so beautiful and sweet! You may want to ask Emily for advice with the boys. You're going to need it too. But hopefully not for many years.)

Louise

Well Emily, you better get used to it, meaning the boys are weird and will keep asking you out and proclaiming their love for you. If you weren't so darn cute you wouldn't have these problems. I think the funniest thing about this whole story is Jonathan. I can just see his face as the whole picture unfolds for him! You all are great!

Love, Louise
