Wow, this looks like such a fun trip. What a great idea to take Megan alone on a big adventure. I always try to take my kids "alone" to little places but I have to say going away (farther than the grocery store) is always a time that I get to know that child and their own personality so much better. I get to go to San Francisco with Max at the end of this month. He is turning 8 on the 19th and getting baptized. It has been a family tradition for each of my kids to get to go to my parents house for a week when they get baptized. Since I'm the Mom, I get to go too, and since I have 3 more 8 year olds, I guess I get 3 more free trips to California--thanks to my MOM!

Ok....I can really see the resemblance between you & your sister...the one where her eyes are crossed & tongue sticking out!!!!! SERIOUSLY!!!!!!!!

Karen

That's awesome!! I'm glad that you guys had such a great time!

Megan and Mar,

What a fun trip! You guys really packed it in!

You didn't mention the awful airplane delays you had to and from, guess it is better to focus on the fun!

Thanks Marg for hosting this goofy, fun group!

BEAUTIFUL PICTURES. What a gift you have. Thanks for posting them. Megan always, always has a beautiful smile, just like her mom.

Love the photos of Megan with her grandparents! How fun that she got them all to herself.

Wow! What an adventure you two had. Love all the great pictures. Please tell me you got a picture with YOU, Meg, mom and grandma. (4 generations?) I'm sure you did but why aren't we seeing that one? It seems like all the airport hassle was worth all of the fun.

Mar~

No Kim,I didn't. In fact, It didn't even occur to me to do that. (until now)

That's why I need good friends like you in my life, to remind me of all the little important things.

Mar~

Stacy

Great pics, you do look like your sis...

Marg's swim and slide pool is the best! I've always liked Grandma's flowers, and when I was little, Grandpa's horse took me through them. Sorry Grandma.
