Hey, at least she has texting capabilities. I know a young lady who does not, and is trying to convince her mother to let her add that feature to her cell phone experience. But alas, she is not having much success.... especially since her only reason is that "everyone else is doing it". ;)

BUT if this young lady could text, she would probably be a part of the texting queen's problem, not part of the solution.

Hope that you guys are having fun.

Much love from the texting queen wannabe.

2 questions:

How much would it be to add it to your phone?

What percentage of allowed texts would you use to keep in touch with your Aunt Mar~?

If you give me the correct answer, I may help you out with that problem. (if your mom OK's it)

FYI - it's $4.99/month for 200 text messages on our plan...

Hope that helps, :0)

OKay, I have to admit that I too have a problem. My name is Stacy and I DON'T KNOW HOW TO TEXT! I don't get this craze. Why not pick up the phone and call the person? It takes 100 times longer to type it in (at least for me). Maybe someone needs to teach me how, because I'm obviously doing something wrong. Our friend Gayla sent one last night at 11:15pm, I tried to reply 3 times, for 15 minutes. I accidentally deleted it or saved it to text editor twice, which I don't know what that does to the message, so I started over. Then I couldn't send it. I just called her back...

I'm with Stacy! I don't get it. I'd rather just call and hear the voice and expression in their voice while laughing over some silly story together. Maybe that makes us old to say we don't get it! YIKES! I hate that. Here's to youth and here's to you Emi. Happy texting!

Maybe it's a generation gap thing :0

Okay, now I also have to admit that after I went to dinner and a movie with the girls (we had a blast by the way), I've also got an "old-school" phone. They had phones I didn't even realize that they WERE phones. Gayla's looks like a calculator, Ginger's looks like an MP3 player. Man-o-man, I might as well have a cord running all the way to my house from mine! I'm behind...

Grandma Joan

Dear Emily:

I like to text. It is really fun. It takes time for me, but I love doing it. I'm not a queen, but maybe some day I'll be able to say I'm a silly, white-haired texting grandma!

I love you tonz, Emi.
