This is totally unbelievable!! When I was in school everything was provided. If my memory is right when my kids were in school, almost everything was provided. This is a miniature Christmas -- well almost. Good luck, kids.

Oh, my, that overwhelms me! What an amazing pile of school stuff! And someone had a very cute new purse thing! Happy new school year to the Lloyds!

Valerie,
I am so glad you noticed the cute new purse thng, that is Emily's INSULATED lunch box! Isn't that fun for a little HS girl? I found other colors also and I really wanted to get one for myself but since I will not be working the whole year, I decided not to get one. But I love the concept!
Megan's lunchbox came with glitter glue, stickers, etc. and she has decorated it just for her. Fun stuff!

Too cute. I can see that you FINALLY found orange folders! We had to do the old fashioned shopping this year too. Fun for every once in a while, but I think we're still going to pre-order next year...

Well, at least you made a chore for four turn into fun and it's done!

Stacy,

I did find the orange folders...after I had given up and decided to buy extra red and yellow, thinking they were as close as I could get to orange...
Emily and Nathan's list had some things on there that took me to Office Depot and there they were, orange! So I caved in and bought them.

Great story and post. I take my kids individually out shopping for a special night. They love that. We always get an icecream afterwards because it is alot of work gathering all those supplies. Of course my list is nothing to complain about after you told me about yours!
