Joan Lloyd

yummy, yummy, yummy: I want to come to Texas on a cloudy, rainy, cold day. What a treat!!

Delish! That looks like so much fun! And in an authentic Italian Pizzeria? I don't think it gets any better than that.

Need I say that I'm a little jealous? I had pizza today, too... but it was nothing compared to the awesomeness experienced in the Lloyd home.

Miss you guys!

Valerie Chandler

Where do you get fresh cheese? That sounds so yummy!

Mar~

Hi Val,
The cheese is sometimes hard to find. I first was able to find it at Central Market, more recently, however, I have been able to find it at grocery stores, but not in the regular cheese section, it is carried in the specialty section. The very BEST mozz. is in the plastic containers in its own liquid, it looks like a ball. The second best is in the form of a ball or a log and wrapped in a tight plastic sleeve. There really is a difference. The good stuff is so soft that it cuts like butter!

Once again, I am the benefactor of a rainy day!

Great job kids! Thanks for sharing!

Yummy, that sounds so good! Would put my pizza stone to good use too!!!

Kim

What a fun activity. My kids would love to do that. I guess I have another moment where I am sad that I have yet to attend Mar's Cooking School. My family would benefit so greatly!!

I'll take a slice. Looks like lots of fun at the Lloyd home!
