Sounds like we are in the same nest...er, boat. I am still winning the war using the power sprayer, but the battle is daily! Iam AMAZED at their persistance....maybe I should try the painter tape!? (n btw...the closeup pic of the nest w yr daughter's sweet toes showing is gorgeous!)

I believe that this story qualifies as "sublime"; it is both very sweet and very tragic.

Maybe you guys could take the eggs to school and put them in an incubator? At FMHS, my biology teacher, Mrs. Wallace, would have lovingly taken them in.

Oh we have the same dilemma here every Spring. They all want to set up home on our porch. Then every single spring our cat finally gets the eggs...those little bitty birdies never have a chance.
