that I am still alive:
One of the last concerts! (Sniff)
Presidential Award!
Theatre Awards!
Oops...that doesn't actually confirm that I am alive, only that the kids are still well, happy and involved in lots of great things.
So, I really could be anyone...although I think it would be hard to impersonate me for very long, even on-line.
Here is a little more evidence to prove that I am still around:
From the FWL Mother/Daughter Tea serving 500 women and daughters. The theme was "Tea in Wonderland" with an "Alice in Wonderland" inspiration. The photo above would be about an 1/8th of the display, the entire candy buffet (and decor) measured 18 feet long (actually the tables were 18 feet long).
Much, much, much more to come. Lots of things happening for the kids. (And me).
This weekend is graduation. It's already here. There just is never enough time with these kids of ours!
This is a very busy time but I want to embrace all of it. In a not-so-distant future, the reasons we are kept on a constant run will all be gone, so I am thankful for the busy-ness of this time of year.
What was it Megan used to say? That you were busy busy busy?
Nathan looks great! When I first saw it, I thought, "Wow. He looks more like Uncle Jonathan than ever." But the more I looked at it, I saw Grandpa in him. Either way, he is looking so grown up!
And Emily, too! Gorgeous! I love her cute black heels. (When I was in band, the rule was that we had to have black, closed-toe shoes. So I wore black slippers. True story.)
Smash looks ready to run for office. (I'd vote for him.)
And Megan seems like her happy, sunny self--and she seems like she's having a good time doing it.
And the buffet table looks wonderful. I love all the color--so bright and fun!

Amazing events. Life goes by fast!
I am still in awe at what you did for the Frisco Tea... Amazing creativity.
