IT'S A HOBBY!"
Those were his words when he came in from mowing the lawn.
In fact, he loved the job so much, I think he was wishing he could have mowed all of it (all of the original lawn). My parents are killing off quite a bit of the lawn and will replace it with rock because it is getting too difficult for them to keep it up.
If we lived close by, that wouldn't be an issue. That young man of ours would be there for his weekly "hobby."
Way to go, Ashton. You don't make work a chore, you make it fun!!! I'm glad you are helping your grandfather. We are all getting older, and with that comes the problem of not being able to do all of the things you are used to doing. Your grandfather, Rich,is a great man who is very spiritual and wise. I know you will love working for him and learning from him.
I love you, Ashton

Isn't this the same young man who went around with his friends during the summers/on Saturdays to contribute to the "Bank of Ashton"? He would think this was a hobby.
Also, I'm a little jealous. I've always wanted to drive a riding lawn mower.
